Idukki
Idukki acclaimed as a much visited hill station in Kerala. Idukki is a small town which is situated at an altitude of 750 to 2500 m above sea level. Idukki means an ?a narrow gorge? which is derived from the word Idukku. It is surrounded by the three main rivers of Periyar, Thalayar and Thodupuzhayar. Best time to visit Idukki is from Septembers to May. The tribal population of Idukki is distinct in their costumes and beliefs which make them different from the mainstream culture.

Kannur
Munnar has given a new name to the sleepy hill stations of south India by mesmerizing the tourists with the stunning natural beauty of the place. Also known as the Kashmir of south India, the place is also known for its abundant spice and coffee plantations which make it a picture perfect destination for the tourists. Located at the height of 6000 feet, the place used to be a popular summer getaway for the British in the colonial days which is easily understandable looking at the scenic natural beauty of the place. Munnar is also a popular centre for the paragliding enthusiasts. Other activities popular among the tourists are nature walks and hiking.

Kozhikode

Kozhikode is a thriving, prosperous town- a showcase of the fruits of Keralan labour in the Middle East. In addition to the ancient monuments, the green country side and the pristine beaches, the area boasts of wildlife sanctuaries, rivers and hills. The backwaters of Kozhikode are a great holiday destination.

Munnar
Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathani & Kundala. 1600 meter above sea level this hill station was once the summer resort of the erstwhile British Government in South India. Sprawling Tea plantations, picture book towns, winding lanes, and holiday facilities make this a popular resort town. Among the exotic flora found in the forests and grasslands here is the Neelakurinji. This flower which bathes the hills in the blue every twelve years, will bloom next in 2006 AD. Munnar also has the highest peak in South India - Anamudi , which towers over 2695 m. Anamudi is an ideal spot for trekking.
